Bush Vetch is not always easy to distinguish from Crown Vetch, but has flowers of dull purple in groups of 2-6 (Crown Vetch no more than 2) and slightly rounder leaves.

Favours hedgerows and grassy places from late spring until early autumn, sometimes later.
