Hambleden Lock is situated in a pleasant stretch of the river, and close by can be found the attractive Hambleden Mill. Hambleden village is a mile or two up the road, one of a cluster of pretty Chilterns villages such as Skirmett, Fingest, Fawley and Turville. On the other side of the river lie the villages of Aston and Remenham.
