| Three
bridges have stood on this Thames crossing between Whitchurch and
Pangbourne, the first two being wooden constructions before the
present iron bridge
built in 1902. It is still a toll bridge, car drivers currently
being charged 20p to make the crossing. Find the location on an interactive map. |
