| Three Caversham bridges have existed over the centuries. The first one, dating back to the 13th century, became unsafe by the early 19th century and was replaced by an iron bridge in 1869. With the increase in the volume of road traffic, this in turn made way for the present bridge in the 1920's. Find the location on an interactive map. |
