| The
River Pang is a lovely river, flowing through some very pleasant
countryside on its way to meet the River Thames at Pangbourne. The world famous book, The Wind in the Willows, was based on the Pang. The central character Ratty was a water vole and many of his real life cousins are still to be found along its banks. Find the location on an interactive map. |
